Using Win11 and when I start code builder the drop-down menus are using all white background (see image). I have used code builder frequent enough to know the location of the boards that I use regularly. Anyone know of any Windows settings that would change this behavior?

I have seen that before on some machines at work people having white on white on some websites and even native windows popups, maybe it's something to do with this:
Nope, I am not re-writing Windows video drivers !!!
Good news, I've managed to reproduce it on a friend's PC and after a bit of messing around I've managed to tweak the css enough to now show a dark background.
One thing that annoys me is that the text is quite dense!? The drop down doesn't seem to accept any padding but I don't know if it's something to do with Chrome I was testing on.
And of course it looks completely different on a Mac both in Safari and Chrome, no background style at all on the menu just system grey but better padding.
So much for consistency across the browser for rendering what is considered to be a standard in 2024
Let me know if it works (may have to clear the browser cache to force it to load the new css)

Changes you made have solved the white background issue for Windows 11 using Chrome and Edge browsers. Thank you.
